AucklandICT Member, Chris Mitchell, completed the NZICT Skills Gap Survey for New ZealandICT April 2009. The inaugural survey of NZICT Group members and potential members shows an ongoing commitment to recruiting skilled and experienced staff despite the changes in the business environment in the past six months. The questionnaire was made available to 70 companies and completed by 39, a response rate of 56%. Most responses are from companies that employ 20+ staff. (59%) NZICT Skills Gap Survey download
